摘要
目的:研究三棱莪术对卵巢囊肿大鼠血清和卵巢组织中雌激素受体的作用。方法:采用芥子油单侧卵巢注射法制备大鼠卵巢囊肿的动物模型,各组大鼠灌胃给予相应药物,以酶联免疫吸附法检测各组大鼠的血清和卵巢组织中雌激素受体含量。结果:生配低组、生三棱组、生莪术组能明显升高血清中雌激素受体含量;生配高组和生三棱组能显著升高卵巢组织中雌激素含量。结论:三棱总黄酮和莪术挥发油及其配伍对大鼠卵巢囊肿有一定的防治作用,其机理可能是通过调控血清和卵巢中雌激素受体含量。
Objective: To study the effect of Sanleng-Ezhu component compatibility on estrogen receptor (ER) content in serum and ovarian tissue.Methods: The ovarian cyst model was established with injection of mustard oil into rats'unilateral ovaries.Each rat was gavaged corresponding tested drugs, then the ER content in serum and ovarian tissue in rats was detected by ELISA.Results:The group of lower dose raw Sanleng-raw Ezhu component compatibility, raw Sanleng, raw Ezhu could significantly promote the ER content in serums.The group of high dose raw Sanleng-raw Ezhu component compatibility, raw Sanleng could significantly promote the ER content in ovarian tissue.Conclusion: Total flavonoids and Volatile Oil and their component compatibility have partly preventive and therapeutic effect of ovarian cyst ,the mechanism may be regulated the ER content in serum and ovarian tissue.
