摘要
评估型绩效考核会激发被考核主管的阻碍性压力感知,进而导致负面领导行为的发生。通过198份样本的问卷调查,探讨了评估型绩效考核与领导辱虐管理行为的关系以及两者之间的中介和调节变量。研究结果表明:评估型绩效考核与领导的辱虐管理行为显著正相关,阻碍性压力在两者之间起中介作用,而领导完美主义特质在两者之间起调节作用。
Evaluative performance appraisal may stimulate the perception of Hindrance pressure of the assessed supervisor and then lead to negative leadership behaviors.By the answers to the questionnaires and the analysis of 198 samples,the paper explored the impact of evaluative performance appraisal on abusive supervision,and the mediating role of hindrance stress,and the moderating role of perfectionism.The results indicated that,evaluative performance appraisal had positive effects on abusive supervision,and hindrance stress fully mediated the relationship between them,while perfectionism moderated their relationship.At last,we discussed the limitations of this study and future research directions.
