摘要
针对海上油田潜油电泵井无法直接通过正循环洗井方式置换油管内高凝固点原油的问题,研制了一种新型潜油电泵井单流阀。该单流阀利用阀杆导向座的上、下移动控制油管内腔与油套环空的连通或隔离,既可以防止潜油电泵停泵后井液回流,又实现了不打捞生产堵塞器而直接进行正循环洗井的功能,可以缩短洗井作业时间,降低作业成本。现场4口生产井2 a的应用结果表明:该新型潜油电泵单流阀可靠性高,使用方便,单井单次作业可节省作业时间6 h,节约费用0.8万元。该新型单流阀的研制成功为海上油田高凝固点原油的开采提供了新的技术手段。
To address the issue of offshore electric submersible pump being unable to conduct direct flushing to replace the high pour point crude oil in the tubing,a new type of check valve for electric submersible pump well is developed. The check valve controls the circulation or isolation of the tubing-casing annulus and tubing by the up and down movement of the valve rod guide seat,which can prevent well fluid flow back when electric submersible pump shut down,and achieve direct flushing without fishing production plug,thus shortening the operation time and reducing the operating cost. The application results of 4 wells in 2 years show that the new type of check valve for electric submersible pump is reliable and easy to use. Single operation can save 6 h and reduce cost of RMB8 000. The successful development of the new check valve provides a new technical mean for the production of high pour point crude oil in offshore oilfields.
