摘要
临兴区块致密砂岩气藏处于勘探开发初期,尚未形成完善的油管直径优化设计技术。为此,结合气井井筒安全和生产优化的要求,提出一套从油套管匹配、气井产能、井筒压力损失、携液和抗冲蚀角度等方面优选油管直径的原则和方法;同时以临兴区块3口探井为例,借助PEOffice软件优选出适合该区块的油管直径,并结合矿场实际情况进行油管直径风险评价。分析结果表明:油管直径越大,气井的摩阻损失越小,越能发挥气井产能,且抗冲蚀能力越强;但当油管直径增加到一定程度,再增加油管直径对于气井产量增加和降低摩阻损失贡献不大。所得结论可为致密气藏试采业务的发展提供技术支持。
The tight sandstone gas reservoir in Block Linxing is in the early stage of exploration and development,and the tubing diameter optimization design technology has not yet formed. In view of this,by combining the requirement of gas well safety and production optimization,a principle and method of selecting tubing diameter has been proposed based on tubing and casing matching,gas well production capacity,wellbore pressure loss,liquid carrying and erosion resistance. Taking the three exploration wells in Block Linxing as case study,the tubing diameter of the block has been selected using PEOffice software,and the risk assessment has been carried out according to the actual field situation. The results show that,the larger the diameter of the tubing,the smaller the friction loss of the gas wells,the better the gas well productivity and the stronger the erosion resistance. However,when the tubing diameter increases to a certain value,the increase of tubing diameter contributes little to gas well production increase and friction loss reduction. The conclusion could provide technical support for the development of tight gas reservoir production.
