摘要 为探讨大学生自尊、社会支持与焦虑之间的关系,采用自尊量表、青少年社会支持量表和焦虑自评量表对328名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,自尊与焦虑呈显著负相关。自尊显著负向预测大学生焦虑。社会支持在自尊与焦虑之间起调节作用。社会支持较高时,高自尊的大学生焦虑水平越低。因此,提高自尊和社会支持,有助于干预、预防大学生焦虑情绪,促进大学生的心理健康。 In order to explore the relationship between self - esteem, social support and anxiety among Chi-nese undergraduates. A sample of 328 undergraduates were surveyed with questionnaires, including Self - esteem Scale, Social Support Scale and Self - Rating Anxiety Scale. The results indicated that, self - esteem was signifi-cantly and negatively correlated with anxiety; self - esteem could significantly and negatively predict anxiety; and social support played a moderating rule between self - esteem and anxiety. The present study showed that the effects of positive cognitive biases on anxiety and depression were mediated by self - esteem among Chinese undergradu-ates. Therefore, increasing self - esteem and social support can reduce the level of anxiety, and improve the levels of mental health.
