摘要
近几年,我国攻读硕士研究生的人数逐年增加。但并非所有人都适合读研究生,且对研究生这一身份具有明确的认知。良好的身份认同有助于预备攻读研究生和准研究生做出更为理性的选择与行动,进而更好的发展。本研究旨在从考研动机、考前对自身的认知、考后对自我身份的认知三个方面入手,揭示考研前后硕士研究生对自身身份认同的变化,并从高校和学生两个方面反思低身份认同度的解决措施。
With the expansion of postgraduates ’ enrollment, the number of postgraduates is increasing. How-ever, not all of them are suitable for studying and having clear cognition to the identity of postgraduates. Clear cog-nition is benefit for undergraduates and postgraduates to make a more rational choice and action, seeking for better development. This study includes three aspects motivation, identity and cognition before the test, and identity and cognition after the test, which reveals the change of the cognition of its own identity. Eventually, researcher seeks for the measures from the two aspects of the college and student.
