膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症行同期手术治疗的临床分析

Effect of the surgical treatment over the same period for bladder tumor patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:分析膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症行同期手术治疗的临床效果。方法:随机选取延安大学附属医院收治的2011年1月到2015年1月50例符合临床同期手术指征的同期膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症患者,依据随机分配方法,分为研究组(25例)、对照组(25例)。对照组患者应用TURP(经尿道前列腺电切术)、TURBT(经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术)分期手术治疗。研究组患者采取TURP+TURBT同期手术治疗,对比两组患者临床手术疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗之后明显改善临床指征,临床疗效好,在缩小肿瘤体积、改善患者尿动力方面,明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症符合同期手术指征的患者,行TURP+TURBT效果优于TURP、TRBT分期手术。不仅提升临床手术疗效,优良率高,还可降低术后并发症。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of bladder tumors with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by surgery.Methods：All 50 cases of tumor with benign prostatic hyperplasia patients divided into study group （n=25） and control group （n=25）.In control group patients were treated by TURP（transurethral resection）and TURBT（transurethral resection of bladder tumor resection）staged surgical treatment：The patients in study group take TURP＋TURBT surgery over the same period then compared two groups of patients clinical curative effect.Results：Patients in the study group clinical indications were significantly improved with good clinical effect.Tumor volume,urinary power were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TURP＋TURBT is better than TURP,TRBT staging surgery,can enhance the clinical curative effect,for patients with bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
