摘要
2016年世界经济缓慢复苏,中国经济进入"新常态",新的形势将对通州湾开发建设产生重要影响。文章重点围绕新形势下通州湾战略发展的定位,从打造港口城市、构建产学研基地、发展海洋工程等多个方面进行了论述。同时,结合通州湾的战略定位,从区域经济统筹发展的角度,对通州湾科学可持续发展的实施路径进行了具体的分析与探讨,并提出合理化建议。
In 2016, as the world economy gradually recovering, Chinese economy is stepping on a ＂new normal＂ , which will bring profound influence to the development and construction of Tongzhou Bay. Focusing on the strategic development orientation of the Tongzhou Bay under new situations, we discussed the following aspects of building a port city, building a synergetic innovation base for industry, academia and research, and developing marine engineering, etc. At the same time, combined with the strategic orientation of Tongzhou Bay, we analyzed and discussed the implementation path of sustainable development of Tongzhou Bay, and put forward some reasonable suggestions from the perspective of the overall development of regional economy.
