全无油往复压缩机用碳纤维增强聚四氟乙烯密封材料的性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着全无油往复压缩机排气压力的不断升高,普通配方增强聚四氟乙烯密封材料无法满足使用寿命要求。碳纤维增强聚四氟乙烯密封材料具有更加优异的耐磨性、自润滑性和力学性能。本文选用不同类型的直线型碳纤维采用模压法制备了碳纤维增强聚四氟乙烯密封材料,并对其断面形态、表面硬度、弯曲性能、摩擦磨损性能等进行了测试研究,结果表明:采用高强度、低颗粒度含量的CF-1碳纤维制得的1~#密封材料具有最佳的综合力学性能;采用低强度、低长径比的CF-3碳纤维制得的3~#密封材料具有最高的表面硬度和弯曲强度。 The general formula PTFE sealing material could not meet the requirements of service life,with the increasing of the exhaust pressure of non-lubricated reciprocating compressor. Carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing material had excellent wear resistance,self lubrication and mechanical properties. Different types of linear type carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing material were prepared by molding method. The fracture morphology,surface hardness,bending properties and tribological properties of PTFE/CF sealing material were studied. The results showed that 1~#material made by CF-1 had the best comprehensive mechanical property,and 3~#material made by CF-3 had the highest surface hardness and bend strength.
