摘要
台湾地区中小学教师专业发展整合平台将教师专业发展的核心价值分为研究本位、有效教学、学生学习、教师需求、教师能力、教师表现、学校本位和问题本位等八种发展模式。教师专业发展的策略涵盖建置教学辅导制度-实施同侪教练辅导,提升教学质量能力;进行教师课室观察-发展公开授课观摩,再现卓越教学能力;发展专业学习社群-建立专业学习社群,展现创新教学能力;翻转教师创新教学-建构协同创作教学,研发课程设计能力;推动教师行动研究-组成专业研究团队,开拓研究发展能力;建构教师教学档案-形成专业教学档案,建立回馈反思能力和实施教师发展评鉴-推动专业发展评鉴,增进教学专业能力等,以建构教师发展、教师评鉴和教学质量三位一体的教师专业发展品牌与教育价值。
The core values of teacher professional development in primary and secondary schools in Taiwan can be embodied in eight patterns,including research-based,effective teaching,students 'learning,teachers' needs,teachers' ability,teachers' performance,school-based and problem-based models. The strategies of teacher professional development cover the teaching and counseling system to improve teaching quality,classroom observation and open lectures to show teachers' teaching ability,professional learning community to develop teachers' innovative ability,collaborative teaching to improve teachers' ability to R & D curriculum,a professional research team to develop teachers' ability in action research,teachers' teaching portfolio to enhance teachers' reflective ability,teacher development evaluation to promote teachers' professional ability. Only in this way,can professional development brand and educational value of 'teacher development','teacher evaluation'and 'teaching quality'be established.
