摘要
运用访谈法对长春市4所初级中学的32名教师的自我愿景进行调查。研究发现:不同生涯阶段教师关于自我愿景的关注点不同。伴随教师生涯发展,教师自我愿景的关注点从聚焦于一般意义的教师形象到从"教"的层面定义自我形象,再到从"学习"以及"学生发展"层面定义自我形象以及聚焦于"专业品质"的自我形象的发展变化,这种发展符合教师自我认识的特征以及生涯发展的特征。
By interviewing 32 teachers in four middle schools,this study focuses on the teachers' self-visions. The investigation shows that their self-visions are different in different career stages. Along with their career development,the focus of teachers' self-visions has been changed from a general teacher to 'teaching','learning','student development',and then to 'professional quality'. It argues that the development of a teacher's self-vision accords with a teacher's self-recognition and career development.
