摘要
通过文献研究发现,民国时期我国已经建立了旨在加强教师之间共同学习共同研究的校内外组织,其目的是"改良教育","改善教学"。民国时期教师学习研究组织及其活动是民间教育团体、政府、学校三方共同推动的结果,与教育行政当局和区域教育研究机构关系密切。这些机构工作内容专业,参与的人员广泛,其规范和专业程度很高,并有体系化和制度化趋势,对推动我国现代教育普及、促进教师发展作出了重要贡献。
According to the documentary researches,in-and-out-of-school institutions had been established for teachers' mutual learning and research during the period of Republic of China. What they aim at is the improvement of education and teaching. It is nongovernmental education organizations,government and schools that work together to establish these institutions. They have a close relation with the educational administrative authorities and local institutions for the study of education. With their professional work,diverse participants,highly specialized norms,gradual systematization,these institutions have made great contributions to the universal education and teacher development.
