摘要 目的:计算单次数字X射线摄影(DR)曝光过程中受检者接收到的辐射剂量,在不影响图像质量的前提下应用最小的辐射剂量获取满足临床诊断需求的摄影参数。方法:根据欧盟指导建议书指出入射剂量可以通过热释光剂量计法与剂量面积法获取,出射剂量可以根据DR自身的反馈值反推出剂量值,在入射剂量与出射剂量计算的基础上可计算出单次DR过程中受检者所接收到的剂量,应用优化剂量对受检者进行DR,观察其图像质量变化。结果:通过优化后的辐射剂量能够满足临床诊断的需求,优化后的摄影参数使图像质量能够满足临床诊断需求。结论:应用优化后的DR参数所产生的摄影图像,经阅片检查能够满足临床诊断需求,可避免误诊的发生。 Objective: To calculate the accepted radiation dose of subjects in one exposure process of digital X ray radiography(DR), and to obtain the parameters to satisfy clinical diagnosis demand by using the minimum radiation dose under without affecting image quality. Methods: According to EU directive proposal, the entrance radiation dose could be obtained by thermoluminescent detector and dose area method, and the exit dose could be derived from the feedback data of DR. The accepted dose of subjects in one exposure process of DR could be calculated based on the calculation of entrance and exit dose. Finally, the optimal dose was applied on subjects in DR and the change of image quality was observed. Results: The optimized radiation doses was able to meet the demand of clinical diagnosis, and the image quality also could meet the demand of clinical diagnosis by using optimized photographic parameters. Conclusion: Photographic images produced by the optimized DR parameters are proved through inspected image can meet the demands of clinical diagnosis, and it can avoid misdiagnosis.
