摘要 目的:基于进阶精简指令集机器(ARM)的非接触式伤口面积图像测量技术,研究一种低成本、非接触及高效率的伤口拍照和面积标定技术,完成对伤口面积的快速、准确及方便测量。方法:提出基于ARM9嵌入式平台的伤口面积获得方法,通过嵌入式拍照实现图像获取的高效率和低成本,并以激光束面积标定的思路实现非接触伤口面积采集。结果:通过设计技术与传统技术的实验结果比对,测量误差均<1%,而设计技术具备非接触的优势。结论:非接触式伤口面积图像测量技术能够对伤口面积进行快速、准确及方便的测量,同时可避免交叉感染,具有一定的临床应用前景。 Objective: To research a low cost, non-contact and high efficiency technology for wound image acquisition and area calculation based on non-contact wound area image measurement technology of advanced RISC machines(ARM), so that achieve quick, accurate and convenient measurement for wound area. Methods: Proposed a measurement method for wound area based on ARM9 embedded platform; used the embedded pictures to realize the low cost and high efficiency for the image acquisition, and used the calibration technology of the laser beam area to realize the collection for non-contact wound area. Results: The comparison results between the old method and the new method showed that all of measuring errors were in 1%, but the design of the new technology has the advantages of non-contact. Conclusion: By using the new method, the wound area can be rapid, accurate, convenient measured, at the same time, it can avoid the cross infection. The method has a certain clinical application prospect.
