卫生应急保障冷库温度波动较大的原因分析与对策探讨

Discussion on cause analysis and Countermeasure for temperature fluctuation of cold storage in health emergency support

目的:分析卫生应急保障冷库温度波动较大的原因,提出解决对策。方法:对冷库结构、制冷设备、自动控制以及报警系统设备设施的基本情况进行分析,针对冷库内外的温差、自动融霜方式、库外机组散热以及设备参数设置等开展深入分析。结果:受冷库内外温差过大、自动融霜控制不当、库外机组散热不良以及设备参数设置不当的影响,导致卫生应急保障冷库温度波动较大,通过设置缓冲间、融霜后排水处理,室内外机组分别启动,自控控制设置不同温差、室外机组保持良好环境,科学有效地解决卫生应急保障冷库温度波动较大的问题。结论:采取有效可行的对策,解决卫生应急保障冷库温度波动较大的问题,提高卫生应急保障水平,并为今后卫生应急冷库的设计和管理提供可借鉴的经验。

Objective： To discuss the reasons of temperature fluctuation of hygienic emergency supply refrigerator and provide countermeasures for solving them. Methods： To analyze a series of basic situation of the refrigerator, such as refrigerator structure, refrigeration equipment, automatic control and alarm system; and then develop deep analysis for temperature variation between the inside and outside of refrigerator, automatic defrosting mode, heat dissipation of external equipment units and parameter settings of equipment. Results： Larger temperature fluctuation of hygienic emergency refrigerator came from overlarge temperature variations between the inside and outside, inadequate control of automatic defrosting, poor heat dissipation of external equipment units and the improper parameter setting. By building the buffering room and drainage system after defrosting, respectively starting inside and outside equipment units, setting different temperature for automatic control, maintaining ventilation clean and good environment for outside equipment units, the temperature fluctuation of emergency medical supply refrigerator has been scientifically and effectively resolved. Conclusion： Effective and feasible measurements are adopted to resolve the problems on temperature fluctuations of refrigerator and it improve the level of hygienic emergency supply, at the same time, these measures provide referential experiences for design and management of emergency medical supply refrigerator in future.
