中医简便疗法普及应用对广西农村常见病症防治的研究

Research on Effect of Universal Application of Simple Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Common Diseases in Rural Areas in Guangxi

目的以教学影像光盘形式在广西农村普及中医卫生适宜技术,探讨农民自发学习利用适宜技术防病治病的能力。方法通过普查、遴选广西农村多发、常见病种,拟定中医简便疗法适宜技术,制作成科普影像教学光盘,并向农民进行普及推广,探索普及前后农民相关疾病的就诊情况,以及对适宜技术的知晓情况。结果普及推广后,观察乡组农民的相关疾病就诊率下降34.00%,农民对适宜技术的知晓率达29.80%,与对照乡组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以教学影像资料形式在农村普及推广中医简便疗法适宜技术,对提高农民的自我防病治病能力具有积极的意义。

Objective To discuss the farmer＇s ability to spontaneously learn and use the proper technology for disease prevention and cure by popularizing the Chinese medicine health proper technology in rural areas in Guangxi in the teaching imaging CD form. Methods The Chinese medicine simple therapy proper technology was made by surveying and selecting the disease and made into the imaging teaching CD and popularized to the farmers, and the farmer related disease diagnosis before and after the popularization and the awareness of proper technology were explored. Results After the universal application, the farmer related disease diagnosis decreased by 34.00% in the observation group, and the farmer＇s awareness rate of proper technology reached 29.80%, and there were obvious differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The universal application of Chinese medicine simple therapy proper technology in a teaching imaging data form is of positive significance to improving the disease prevention and disease cure ability of farmers.
