品管圈对提高糖尿病患者及家属注射胰岛素正确率的影响研究

Research on Effect of Quality Control Circle on Improving the Accurate Rate of Injecting Insulin by Diabetes Patients and Their Family

目的研究品管圈(QCC)活动对提高糖尿病患者及家属注射胰岛素正确率的影响,为糖尿病患者及家属注射胰岛素提供更加可靠的专业化指导。方法该院于2016年1—12月在内科成立了品管圈小组,通过品管圈质量管理常用手法和工具,运用PDCA循环管理方法针对糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素现状分析,整改,总结。结果通过开展品管圈活动,糖尿病患者及家属注射胰岛素正确率由17.5%提高到75.0%,目标达成率155.4%,进步率328.6%。结论品管圈活动有效提高了糖尿病患者及家属注射胰岛素的正确率,科室全体成员个人解决问题、自信心、、沟通协调能力、团队精神以及QCC手法运用等能力均得到了大幅提升。

Objective To research the effect of quality control circle on improving the accurate rate of injecting insulin by diabetes patients and their family thus providing more reliable professional guidance for patients with diabetes and their family. Methods The quality control circle group was established in the department of internal medicine from January to December 2016 by the hospital, and the status of self-injection of insulin of diabetes patients was analyzed, rectified and summarized by PDCA circulation management method. Results The development of quality control circle improved the accurate rate of injecting insulin by diabetes patients and their family from 17.5% to 75.0%, and the goal achievement rate was 155.4% and the progress rate was 328.6%. Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the accurate rate of injecting insulin by diabetes patients and their family, and the issue-solving ability, confidence, communication ability, team spirit and QCC application ability of all the department staff are greatly improved.
