护理安全管理在提高泌尿外科患者术后效果的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Nursing Safety Management in Improving the Postoperative Effect of Patients in the Department of Urinary Surgery

目的通过对比泌尿外科患者的安全管理护理和常规护理的临床应用效果,分析护理安全管理的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年10月期间收治的泌尿外科患者165例作为研究对象,根据管理模式的不同分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规管理,实验组患者采取安全管理,观察并对比两组患者的临床效果,分析安全管理在泌尿外科的应用价值。结果实验组患者管理后不良事件发生率为8.2%,对照组患者管理后不良事件发生率为31.3%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对管理满意度为95.3%,对照组患者对管理满意度为82.5%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全管理可提高泌尿外科患者的应用效果,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To compare the clinical application effect of safety management nursing and routine nursing of patients in the department of urinary surgery and analyze the clinical value of nursing safety management. Methods 165 cases of patients in the department of urinary surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different management models, the control group adopted the routine management, while the experimental group adopted the safety management, and the clinical effect of patients were observed and compared, and the application value of safety management in the department of urinary surgery was analyzed. Results The difference in the incidence rate of adverse events after management between the experimental group and the control group had statistical significance（8.2% vs 31.3%）, and the difference in the satisfactory degree of patients to management had statistical significance,（95.3% vs 82.5%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The safety management can improve the application effect of patients in the department of urinary surgery, reduce the incidence rate of adverse events and improve the satisfactory degree of patients, which is of a certain clinical value.
