案例教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的案例式教学法,该种方法不仅会有益于锻炼见习生的临床诊疗,还可以改善预后评估等决策性思维。案例教学法在实施过程中,主要是筛选典型的病例,让见习生依据病例资料,提出自己的看法与问题,然后,组织见习生运用掌握的临床基本知识对提出的问题进行集体讨论,教师从旁给予适当的指导,以研讨的形式来加深对知识的理解以及提升处理临床病例的水平。案例教学法的具体实施措施是典型病例资料准备,病案信息展现和医学生预先自学,设计讨论专题,对于专题自由探讨,对于实习生的观点进行点评总结。通过案案教学法的主要优势是,不但能够增强医学生独立学习的能力,而且能够提升见习生的综合判断水平,并且可以获取丰富的临床知识与表达能力。 The case teaching method can not only benefit the clinical diagnosis and treatment of trainees but also improve the decisive thinking such as prognosis evaluation, and in the implementation course, the case teaching method is mainly to select the typical case and make the trainees put forwards their own views according to the case data and then organize the trainees to apply the mastered clinical basic knowledge to carry out the collective discussion and the teachers should give proper guidance from the side, and we should improve the treatment level of clinical case by research and discussion, and the specific implementation measures of case teaching method is the preparation of typical case data, reflection of case information and self-learning of medical colleges, design and discussion of topics, freedom discussion of topics and review and summarization of points of trainees, and the main advantage of case teaching method is not only enhancing the ability to learn by themselves of medical colleges but also can improve the comprehensive judgment level of trainees and obtain rich clinical knowledge and expression ability.
