产科临床实习教学中存在的问题及对策探析

对医学生而言,产科临床实习是一个关键的临床实习环节。当前产科临床实习带教中存在的主要问题是教师带教意识薄弱,未平衡好医疗和科研、教学之间的关系,医学生未认识到参与产科临床实习的重要性,医学生在实习中操作机会较少。要改善产科临床实习教学效果的应对策略是增强产科教师的临床带教意识,增强临床医师肩负带教任务的责任,注重增强实习生临床操作能力,提升临床操作水平。同时,要注重医学生医德教育,认真执行实习考评制度。产科医师要有长期、艰苦的准备,以及责任意识,积极探索和改善临床实习教学的效果。
