摘要
在以往小儿耳鼻喉咽科开展的实习中,存在许多的不足。减弱了参与热情,甚至在内心轻视耳鼻喉咽科的临床实习。耳鼻喉咽科目标带教法的主要内容是制定整个实习期间内的详细管理制度以及确定有关新的标准,确定各个时间段需要实习的具体内容,合理划分实习小组,使其更好地掌握规范操作。并注重实习生各项能力的制定以及规范化,重视对评价偏低学生的单独指导。要制定科学的实习评价标准,通过各项分值的汇总,来考察实习的效果。目标教学法的主要优点是提高了实习生的学习参与热情,大大改善临床带教的效果,并构建老师学生患者三方和谐。
