Analysis of HIV Confirmation Results in the Weifang AIDS Confirmation Laboratory

目的了解潍坊市艾滋病感染状况,为HIV防控提供依据。方法对筛查实验室送检的抗体初筛阳性标本复检后进行免疫印迹法确证。结果 629例初筛阳性标本中,415份复检阳性,其中确证阳性309例。结论 HIV感染地区分布广,感染者男女比例为5.18:1,年龄以20~49岁为主,样本来源分布广泛,已由高危人群向一般人群漫延。

Objective To know the Weifang AIDS infection condition and provide basis for the HIV prevention and control.Methods The positive specimens sent by the screening laboratory were reexamined and then were confirmed by the immunoblotting. Results In the 629 cases of preliminary screening positive specimens, there were 415 pieces of positive specimens by re-examination, and 309 cases were confirmed positive. Conclusion The distribution of HIV infection area is wide, and the male and female ratio of infectors is 5.18：1, and the age is mainly 20~49, and the origin distribution of samples is wide, ranging from high-risk population to the general population.
