乌鲁木齐市肿瘤患者电话随访结果及相关因素分析

Analysis of Telephone Follow-up Results and Related Factors of Tumor Patients in Urumqi

目的分析电话随访肿瘤患者的结果 ,探讨影响电话随访应答率的相关因素。方法 2016年4—6月对2010年1月—2015年12月期间811例乌鲁木齐市天山区户籍的肿瘤患者进行电话随访,并对随访结果进行统计分析。结果总体随访应答率为73.00%,电话随访应答率与出院后随访间隔时间无明显相关;40岁以下患者的随访应答率(75.26%)略高于其他年龄组患者;不同民族的随访应答率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者电话随访应答率总体较低,应采取相应措施以进一步提高随访应答率。

Objective To analyze the telephone follow-up results of tumor patients and discuss the related influence factors of telephone follow-up reply rate. Methods 811 cases of tumor patients in Tianshan District in Urumqi from April to June2016 and from January 2010 to December 2015 were followed up by telephone, and the follow-up results were counted and analyzed. Results The total follow-up reply rate was 73.00%, and the telephone follow-up reply rate had no relationship with the follow-up interval after discharge, and the follow-up reply rate of patients less than 40 years old（75.26%） was slightly higher that of the other age groups, and the difference in the follow-up reply rate between different nations had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total telephone follow-up reply rate of tumor patients is lower, and we should adopt the corresponding measures in order to further improve the follow-up reply rate.
