社区护理干预在老年人高血压患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Community Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Senile Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨社区护理干预在老年人高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机从该社区中挑选出126例老年人高血压病患者作为社区护理干预研究的对象,将这些患者依从随机分配机制分为63例对照组和63例观察组,两组均采取相差性不大的药物治疗,给予对照组患者简单性的社区护理措施,而给予观察组患者优质性社区护理干预措施。经过3个月,比较两组老年人高血压患者的血压水平控制的效果、遵医用药行为、心脑血管事件发生情况以及对社区护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者在接受优质性社区护理干预的3个月后,其平均血压水平的控制效果显著优异于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年人高血压患者进行优质性的社区护理干预,能够显著提高老年人高血压患者的血压控制效果,大大提高患者的用药治疗的依从性,以及提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得在社区医院在为广大患者开展护理工作过程中积极推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of community nursing intervention in the nursing of senile patients with hypertension. Methods 126 cases of senile patients with hypertension in our community were selected as the nursing intervention research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each, both groups adopted the drug treatment, the control group adopted the simple community nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the excellent community nursing intervention measures, after three months, the blood pressure level control effect, compliance medication behavior, occurrence of cardiovascular events and satisfactory degree to community nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results After three months, the average blood pressure level control effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent community nursing intervention for senile patients with hypertension can obviously improve the blood pressure control effect of senile patients with hypertension, greatly improve the medication treatment compliance of patients and improve the satisfactory degree to nursing work,which is worth active promotion for massive patients in the development course of nursing work in the community hospital.
