基于文献分析脑卒中后抑郁针刺临床选穴规律

Rules of acupuncture clinical selection in the treatment of post stroke depression based on the literature

目的基于文献分析并总结脑卒中后抑郁针刺临床选穴规律和特点。方法全面检索并梳理1996年-2016年中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中符合针刺或以针刺为主要疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的相关文献,分析其选穴规律。结果共检索到文献334篇,最终纳入分析文献58篇,高频腧穴为百会穴、内关穴、神门穴、四神聪、印堂穴、神庭穴、水沟穴等;所选经脉以督脉和膀胱经为主,选穴部位集中在头颈部。结论针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁选穴具有局部选穴、辨证选穴、循经选穴规律,运用治神、调神法指导脑卒中后抑郁的针刺治疗具有重要临床参考意义。

Objective Through literature to analysis and summarize the clinical acupuncture point selection rules and characteristics of post stroke depression. Methods A comprehensive search and review related literature on treatment of PSD via acupuncture or acupuncture as main therapy in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, Chinese biomedical literature database （CBM） from 1996 - 2016 and analyze the rules of acupoints selection. Results 334 literatures were retrieved, the final analysis included 58 articles. High-frequency acupoints such as Baihui, Neiguan, Shenmen, Sishencong, Yintang, shenting, Shuigou, selecting by Du meridian and bladder meridian, the main selected acupoints were concentrated in the head and neck. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of PSD point selection with local point selection, dialectical point selection, meridian point selection rules. It has important clinical significance to use the method of regulating the heart and regulating the spirit to guide the treatment of post stroke depression.
