医务人员灾害救援培训核心课程设置的探索

Exploration on the core curriculum of disaster medical rescue in related personnel

目的建立医务人员灾害救援培训核心课程。方法以核心课程构建原则为依据，在文献检索的基础上，提出灾害救援培训的内容框架，进而通过头脑风暴法和专家评分法确定灾害救援培训核心课程。结果2015年10月通过专家头脑风暴法形成了灾害救援培训模块和内容，并与2015年11月-2016年2月期间通过专家评分法确立了医务人员灾害救援培训核心课程的教学形式和建议学时。结论本研究建立的灾害救援培训核心课程模块、内容、教学形式和建议学时，具有一定的实用性、参考性和现实指导性。

Objective To establish core training courses of medical rescue in related personnel. Methods The framework of disaster rescue curriculum was established using brainstorming method and expert evaluation method, based on the core principles of curriculum building and the literature review. Results In October 2015, we used experts brainstorming method to form a disaster rescue training module and content, and the core curriculum and its period was set up using expert evaluation method from Nov.2015 to Feb.2016. Conclusion The disaster rescue course module had certain practicability and reference significance.
