降脂减肥袋泡茶对高脂血症小鼠血脂的调节作用研究

Study on Regulating Effect of Jiangzhijianfei Tea on Blood Lipid in Hyperlipidemic Mice

目的:初步探究降脂减肥袋泡茶(决明子、桔梗、山楂、菊花、荷叶组成)对高脂血症小鼠的血脂代谢、体质量及肝脏指数影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组,袋泡茶高中低剂量(10、5、2.5 g/kg)组、降脂宁阳性对照组、模型组。采用灌胃高脂乳剂喂饲小鼠诱导成高脂血症模型小鼠,不同组再给予不同药物处理,8周后观察小鼠血脂指标、肝脏指数以及体质量变化情况。结果:袋泡茶中、高剂量组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均显著性降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),高剂量组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05);中高剂量组小鼠肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05);中高剂量组小鼠体质量显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论:降脂减肥袋泡茶有一定降低高脂血症小鼠血脂及小鼠体质量的作用,能改善由于血脂异常而导致的肝脏脂肪堆积程度。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiangzhijianfei teabag（cassia,hawthorn,chrysanthemum,Platycodon root,lotus leaf） on hyperlipidemia mice body weight,lipid metabolism and liver index. Methods Mice were randomly divided into six groups： the control group,the Jiangzhining tea groups（10,5,2.5 g/kg）,the positive control group and the model group. Mice were fed with high fat emulsion to induce hyperlipidemia model mice. Different groups were treated with different drugs. Blood lipid index,liver index and body weight changes of mice were observed after 8 weeks. Results The tea in the high dose group significantly decreased TC,TG and LDL-c level（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,the high dose group showed an increase of the high density lipoprotein（HDL-c）（P〈0.05）; the high dose group had significantly reduced the liver index of mice（P〈0.05）; the high dose group had significantly reduced the body weight of mice（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiangzhijianfei tea can reduce the body weight and blood lipid of mice with hyperlipidemia and improve the liver fat accumulation caused by dyslipidemia.
