从2003年提出保护三江源生态以及建立生态补偿机制的建议,到2011年形成建设国家公园的思路,再到2015年《中国三江源国家公园体制试点方案》获批,我在三江源生态保护和国家公园建设的建言历程,充分体现了中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的优越性。

The superiority of the multi--party cooperation and political consultation system leaded by Chinese Communist Party has been fully reflected in the process of advice about the ecological protection in Three River Source Reign and construction of the national park. My ideas and suggestions have been taken all through the process from the generation of the proposal of ecological protection in Three River Source Region and establish the mechanism for ecological compensation in 2003, the formation of the idea of estab- lish national park in 2011 ,to the approval of the experimental project of the Chinese three river source region national park system in 2015.
