摘要
目的了解杭州市妇产科医护人员职业枯竭与职业幸福感间的相关性,以期为降低医护人员职业枯竭水平以及提高职业幸福感提供理论依据。方法采用简单抽样法选择杭州市10家综合医院372名医护人员作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业倦怠普适性量表以及医护工作者职业幸福感量表对医护人员一般情况以及职业倦怠、职业幸福感现状进行调查,Pearson相关分析用于分析两者间的相关性。结果医护人员情绪枯竭与职业幸福感呈负向相关性(r=-0.59,P<0.05)、玩世不恭与职业幸福感具有负向相关性(r=-0.51,P<0.05),低成就感与职业幸福感具有正向相关性(r=0.58,P<0.05)。结论情绪衰竭、玩世不恭将导致医护人员职业幸福感降低,在工作中所获得成就感越低,职业幸福感越低。医护人员可通过提高工作热情,降低职业枯竭程度,从而增加职业幸福感。
[Objective] To study the correlation between job burnout and occupational well-being of the medical staff in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in Hangzhou City,provide theoretical basis for reducing the job burnout level and increasing occupational well-being of medical staff. [Methods]372 medical workers were collected from 10 general hospitals in Hangzhou City by the convenient sampling method. The general data questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory Global Scale and the occupational well-being scale for medical workers were used to evaluate the general information,job burnout and occupational wellbeing. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation.[Results]There was a negative correlation between emotional exhaustion and occupational well-being(r =-0.59,P〈0.05),and the same result was found between cynicism and occupational well- being(r =-0.51,P〈0.05). Reduced accomplishment and occupational well- being had a positive correlation(r=0.58,P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Emotional exhaustion and cynicism would lead to the decrease of occupational well-being among the medical staff,and the lower achievement feeling in work,the lower occupational well-being sense. Therefore,improving work enthusiasm and reducing job burnout degree contribute to increase the sense of occupational well-being.
