透明环保高阻隔PVOH在食品包装领域的应用

The Application of High Barrier Environmental-Friendly Transparent Coating in The Field of Food Packaging

本文介绍一种环保的高阻隔材料——聚乙烯醇（PVOH），用于涂布膜，涂层透明。PVOH涂布膜与PE或CPP复合后可用于包装对氧气敏感的食品如月饼、坚果及加工肉类等。该材料完全水性，涂布过程不添加溶剂，使用方便，涂层可大大降低包装材料的溶剂污染风险。对于部分食品包装材料，可作为PVDC材料的替代材料，满足客户对环保的需求。

This paper introduces a kind of environmental-friendly high barrier material, polyvinyl alcohol （PVOH）, which used in transparent coated film. PVOH coated film, after laminated with PE or CPP, can be used for the packaging of oxygen sensitive foods such as moon cakes, nuts, processed meat and otherwise. PVOH is water-based coating, easy to use, no solvent added during coating process,which greatly lowers the risk of solvent contamination on packaging materials. For certain kinds of food packaging materials, it can be used as a substitute of PVDC and meets customer requirement on environmental protection.
