多线索短语引导式综合睡眠管理在原发性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用

Application of multi-clue phrase guide type comprehensive sleep management among the patients with primary angle closure glaucoma

目的:分析多线索短语引导式综合睡眠管理在原发性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法:我院自2016年7月起将多线索短语引导式综合睡眠管理应用于原发性闭角型青光眼患者的护理中,选择应用前(2016年4~6月)和应用后(2016年7~9月)收治于我院的原发性闭角型青光眼患者各46例作为研究对象,比较多线索短语引导式综合睡眠管理应用前后各相关指标的差异性。结果:多线索短语引导式睡眠综合管理应用后护理人员睡眠护理能力评分明显高于应用前,且患者睡眠障碍症状评分明显优于应用前,睡眠质量评分明显低于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:采用多线索短语引导式综合睡眠管理对原发性闭角型青光眼患者实施干预,能够显著提高护理人员对睡眠护理能力,提高患者的睡眠护理效果。

Objective ： To analyze the effect of application of multi - clue phrase guide type comprehensive sleep management among;the patients with primary angle closure glaucoma. Methods ： Our hospital started the application of multi - clue phrase guide type comprehensive sleep management in the nursing of the patients with primary angle closure glaucoma from July 2016. Selected 46 cases of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma respectively before application （ April to June 2016 ） and after application（ July to October 2016 ） admitted to our hospital, and they were taken as objects of research. Then, these patients were compared in difference of each related index before and after the application of multi - clue phrase guide type comprehensive sleep manage- ment. Results ： After the application of multi - clue phrase guide type comprehensive sleep management, the nurse ＇ s sleep nursing ability score was significantly higher than before the application, and the patient＇ s sleep disorder symptom score was also obviously higher than that before application, and the sleep quality score was obviously lower than that before application （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Through the intervention of multi - cluephrase guide type comprehensive sleep management to the patients with primary angle closure glaucoma, the sleep nursing ability of nurses could be significantly improved, and the sleep nursing effect of patients also could be improved.
