预见性护理对维持性血液透析患者的影响

Influence of predictive nursing on maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的:研究预见性护理对维持性血液透析患者的影响并进行分析。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年2月于我院接受维持性血液透析患者102例,以数字表法随机等分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者则给予预见性护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,健康教育达标率及治疗依从性均高于对照组,满意度高于对照组,饮食、精神、睡眠以及心理质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理应用于维持性血液透析患者中可有效减低并发症发生率,提高患者健康知识达标率、对护理效果满意度及治疗依从性,同时改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To research the influence of predictive nursing on maintenance hemodialysis patients and make analysis. Methods： Selected 102 patients rcceivingmaintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group with number table method, where conventional nursing was given to the patients in the control group, and predictive nursing intervention were given to the patients in the observation group, and patients in the two groups were compared in nursing effect. Results ： The incidence rate of complications of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group, the standard rate of health education and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than that of patients in the control group, satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and diet, mental, sleeping and psychological quality scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of predictive nursing in the maintenance hemodialysis patients couldeffectively reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve the patients＇ standard rate of health knowledge, improve nursing effect and treatment compliance, and improve the patients＇ life quality.
