多岗位医护合作决策模式在肝癌手术患者中的应用

Application of multi-post doctor-nurse cooperation decision making model in patients receiving liver cancer operation

目的:探讨多岗位医护合作决策模式在肝癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1~3月多岗位医护合作决策模式实施前45例肝癌手术患者作为对照组;选择2016年4~6月45例肝癌手术患者作为试验组,采用多岗位医护合作决策模式。比较两组患者并发症发生情况及干预前后生活质量评分。结果:试验组肝癌手术患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用多岗位医护合作决策模式可提高肝癌患者手术全程的安全性和术后生活质量水平。

Objective ：To discuss the application effect of multi - post doctor - nurse cooperation decision making method in patients receiving liver cancer operation. Methods ： Selected 45 patients received liver cancer operation before the implementation of multi - post doctor - nurse cooperation decision making model from January to March 2016 as the control group, and selected 45 patients received liver cancer operation from April to June 2016 as the test group, who were given to the multi - post doctor - nurse cooperation decision making model. Patients in the two groups were compared in occurring of complications and scores of life quality before and after intervention. Results ： The incidence of patients receiving liver cancer operation in the experimental group was lower than that of patients in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the score of life quality of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group after intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The multi - post doctor - nurse cooperation decision making model could improve the operation safety and post - operation life quality of patients with liver cancer.
