成都市某综合医院护士同理心现状调查及相关因素分析

Investigation on current situation of empathy of nurses from one general hospital of Chengdu city as well as analysis on related factors

目的:了解综合医院护士同理心现状及其影响因素。方法:2016年6~7月采用方便抽样方法对成都市某综合医院440名护士同理心现状进行问卷调查。结果:409名护士同理心得分为43~117分,平均(87.30±7.19)分。对工作环境、职业的满意度及是否学习过与同理心相关课程对护士同理心得分有影响(P<0.05)。结论:综合医院护士同理心得分处于中等水平,学习与同理心相关课程,提高护士对职业主观满意度及改善工作环境能提高护理人员同理心水平。

Objective ：To understand the current situation of empathy of nurses from a general hospital as well as its influencing factors. Methods ： Convenience sampling method was taken in questionnaire survey on current situation of empathy of 440 nurses from a general hospital of Chengdu city in June - July 2016. Results： The scores in empathy of 409 nurses were 43 to 117, with an average value （87.30 ±7.19 scores）. The satisfaction with work environment and vocation of nurses as weft as that whether they have learned the empathy - related curriculums would affect the scores in empathy（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The scores in empathy of nurses from general hospitals were at intermediate level ; learning the empathy - related curriculums, improving the nurses＇ subjective satisfaction with vocation as well as their work environment could increase their empathy level.
