短信息随访对PICC带管出院患者治疗依从性及并发症的影响

Influence of short message follow-up visit on treatment compliance and complications of patients discharged with PICC catheter

目的:对比不同随访方式对PICC带管出院患者治疗依从性及并发症的影响,探讨短信息随访的临床应用优势。方法:随机抽取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的141例首次予以PICC带管出院的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,依据随访方式差异分组,对照组采用常规电话随访,观察组在此基础上采用短信息随访,对比两组治疗依从性与并发症情况。结果:观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院后局部感染、导管脱出等置管相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院借助短信息平台向PICC带管出院患者进行带管相关知识的随访,可有效提升其治疗依从性,降低因带管所引发的相关并发症,该法深具临床推广价值。

Objective ：To compare the influence of different follow - up visit methods on the treatment compliance and complications of patients discharged with PICC catheter and discuss the clinical application advantages of short message follow - up visit. Methods： Randomly selected 141 tumor patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 discharged with PICC catheter for the first time, and they were grouped differentially according to the follow - up visit method, where conventional telephone follow - up visit was employed for the control group, and short message follow - up visit was em- ployed for the observation group on this basis, and treatment compliance and complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results ： The treat- ment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After discharge, the local infection, catheter exfoliation and other catheter implanting related complications of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The hospital＇ s follow - up visit on catheter implanting related knowledge to the patients discharged with PICC catheter by virtue of short message platform could effectively improve the patients＇ treatment compliance, reduce relevant complications caused by catheter implanting, and this method was worth promoting clinically.
