富血小板血浆联合新型敷料治疗下肢静脉溃疡的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察富血小板血浆配合水胶体敷料治疗下肢静脉溃疡的疗效。方法:选择2013年5月~2015年12月53例下肢静脉溃疡富血小板治疗患者并随机分为观察组27例和对照组26例,观察组采用康惠尔水胶体溃疡贴换药治疗;对照组采用医用薄膜敷料换药治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后溃疡面积变化及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗溃疡面积缩小明显,且小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果优于对照组,换药次数少于对照组且治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔水胶体溃疡贴能避免大量渗液对伤口周围皮肤浸渍,有效保护伤口免受污染,减少换药次数。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of treatment of lower extremity with platelet rich plasma combined with hydroeolloid dressing. Methods: Selected 53 patients receiving treatment of lower extremity with platelet rich plasma, and they were divided into 27 cases as the observation group and 26 cases as the control group at random, the treatment with Comfeel hydrocolloid ulcer dressing was employed in the observation group and medical film dressing was employed in the observation group. Patients in the two groups were observed in change of ulcer area before and after treatment and the curative effect. Results :The ulcer area of patients in the observation group shrunk significantly, and was smaller than that of patients in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the curative effect of patients in the observation group was superior to that of patients in the control group, the frequency of dressing change was lower than that of the control group, and the curative time was shorter than that of patients in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Comfeel hydrocolloid ulcer dressing could avoid the impregnation of a lot of seepage to the surrounding skin, effectively protect the wound from contamination and reduce the dressing change frequency.
