Objective:To discuss the application of visual reinforcement of stepwise functional exercise in PCI postoperative patients at young and middleages. Methods : Selected 80 cases of young and middle - aged patients with acute myocardial infarctionreceiving PCI operation in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 as objects of research, and they were equally divided into experimental group and control group at random. The patients in control group received routine postoperativecardiac rehabilitation management, and the patients in experimental group ~ceivedpostoperativecardiac rehabilitation exercisemanagement through visual reinforcement of stepwise functional exercise, and then the patients from two groups were compared for related observation indicators after intervention. Results: The patients from experimental group had significantly higher scores in cardiac rehabilitation exercisecompliance and functional independence than those from control group, and the patients from experimental group had a significantly lower cardiovascular eventincidence rate within 1 year after PCI operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Through cardiac rehabilitationexercisemanagemcnt over young and middle - aged patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI operation via visual reinforcement of stepwise functional exercise, their cardiac rehabilitation exercisecompliance and activities of daily living could be improved, and also the postoperative cardiovascular event risk could be reduced.
