以“熊猫书院”为例初探读书类互联网产品的生存之道

摘要 熊猫书院作为读书类的互联网产品,在前期设计中捕捉到用户存在学习提升意愿,在后期运营中采用了创建校园场景,为用户重塑在线学生身份的方式,以监督与激励机制保障用户留存,辅以线上线下活动刺激用户活跃度。本文以熊猫书院为例,探讨互联网读书类产品的设计及运维特点。
