摘要
在 p H=1.8的 Clark- L ubs缓冲溶液条件下 ,曙红 B与人血清白蛋白复合物的最大吸收在 5 2 8nm处 ,比曙红 B红移 14 nm,复合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.19× 10 6L·mol-1·cm-1,用摩尔比法求得最大结合比为 2 0 0。在浓度 5— 5 0 mg/ L范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 0 .6 9mg/ L。
In a Clark-Lubs buffer at pH 1.8,eosine B interacts with human serum albumin and forms a complex with the maximum absorption wavelength at 528nm,which is 14nm 'red shift',the maximum binding number of 200 measured by molar ratio method,and the apparent molar absorptivity 1.19×10 6L·mol -1·cm -1.The linear range is 5-50mg/L with the detection limit of 0.69mg/L.The effects of experiment conditions and the interaction mechanism of protein and dye are discussed initiatively.
