摘要
用 FSQ非真空型光电直读光谱仪分析日本牌号“HSI- S”铝合金中主量元素 ,优化了标准样品的选择、试样的制备、元素分析谱线的选择、仪器工作参数设定等实验条件。在无此牌号合金的光谱标样的情况下 ,采用国产标样 ,实现了 HSI- S铝合金中主量元素的分析。方法的准确度和精密度符合国家标准 ,降低了分析成本 。
The main elements in HIS S aluminum alloy were analyzed by spectrometer model FSQ under the optimum conditions such as sample processing,analytical spectral lines of relevant elements and F∶P∶E.The experimental results were compared well with those obtained by traditional method of GB/T 6987. The method is rapid,efficient,accurate and economical,and particularly suitable for the routine control analysis.
