摘要
本文研究了在 p H 3的弱酸性介质中 ,微量 Cr( )催化溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色反应及动力学条件 ,建立了一种新的测定微量 Cr( )的动力学方法。方法的线性范围 :0— 1.5 μg/ 2 5 m L;1.5—3.5 μg/ 2 5 m L。用于工业废水、钢样中 Cr( )的测定 。
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method and its reaction mechanism have been studied for the determination of micro chromium(Ⅵ) .It is based on the chromium(Ⅵ) catalyzed reduction of indigo carmine(IC) by potassium bromate in weak acidic medium at pH 3.The linear range of the method is 0—1.5μg/25mL and 1.5—3.5μg/25mL.The method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in wasted water samples and steel sample with satisfactory results.
