摘要
研究了流动注射在线离子交换预富集与氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法的联用技术。设计了双柱并联富集、串联洗脱的在线离子交换流路及操作程序 ,优化了各项化学条件及操作参数。方法操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,干扰少 ,在采样频率为 30个样 / h条件下 ,检出限为 0 .0 0 6 1ng/ m L,较常规氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法降低了 2 0倍 ,RSD为 5 .78% (n=10 ,Pb 10 ng/ m L )。适用于痕量铅的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A method for the determination of trace Pb in geosamples by flow injection on line ion exchange preconcentration AFS was developed.The manifold of double column system and operationg program for on line ion exchange were designed and the operation parameters and chemical conditions were optimized.This method is simple in use and fast in operation.The relative standard deviation is 5.78% for 10 determination of 10ng·mL -1 Pb and the detection limit of 0.0061ng·mL -1 is about one twentieth of that determined by the direct injection.The developed method has been applied to the determination of trace Pb in geosamples with satisfactory results.
