摘要
研究了 8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应 ,在 p H为 8.0的氯化铵 -氨水缓冲介质中 ,有乳化剂 - OP存在时 ,8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成 3∶ 1稳定的蓝紫色络合物 ,该络合物可被 Waters Plus- C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集 ,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱 ,用光度法测定 ,在乙醇介质中 ,络合物最大吸收波长λmax=5 95 nm,ε=7.82× 10 3 L· mol-1· cm-1。铁含量在 0 .1— 5 .0μg/ m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,本方法用于生物样品中痕量铁的测定 。
The color reaction of iron (Ⅲ) with 8 hydroxyquinadine was studied. In the presence of pH 8.0 NH 4Cl NH 3·H 2O buffer solution and emulsifier of OP,8 hydroxyquinadine can react with iron (Ⅲ) to form a stable 3∶1 complex. This complex can be extracted and enriched by waters plus C 18 cartridge,and can be eluted by ethanol.In ethanol medium,the molar absorptivity of the chelate is 7.82×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 595nm. Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0.1—5.0μg/mL. This method can be applied to the determination of iron in biological sample with satisfactory results.
