摘要
光谱优化、高度聚焦束径窄于 2微米激光束的共振激发具有可辨别精细结构的单量子点 ,与象素在16 0万以上电荷耦合 (CCD)灵敏探测技术相结合能研制出微束光致发光 (μ- PL )系统。应用此技术成功地揭示高量子点密度 In As/ Ga As的低维特征。
A sensitive microphotoluminescence system(μ PL) with high spatial resolution using a microscope was built up,and optimized with respect to light gathering, spectral and spatial resolution. Spectrum was captured by a sensitive CCD spectrograph and the spatial resolution exceeds 2μm. Further more,spectroscopy at single dot level is attained with discernible fine structure based on the grown InAs/GaAs with high density quantum dots,the high spatial resolution with expected low dimensional characteristics and resonant excitation technique.
