微波消解ICP-AES测定中药朱砂莲中多种元素

Determination of 9 Elements in Chinese Traditional Medicine Zhu Sha Lian by ICP-AES with Microware Digestion

采用微波消解 ICP- AES法同时测定了朱砂莲中 Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、Zn等 9种元素 ,加标回收率在 97.3%— 10 1.3%之间 ,相对标准偏差 RSD≤ 3.6 % ,检出限在 0 .2— 5 1.0μg/ L之间 ,方法快速简便 ,结果准确。

A method for the determination of Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P and Zn in Chinese traditional medicine Zhu Sha Liang by ICP AES with microwave digestion was studied.The recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 97.3%—101.3%.The relative standard deviation is≤3.6% and detection limit is in the range of 0.2—51.0μg/L.The method is efficient, accurate and easy to operate. And the results obtained by microwave digestion and dry ashing digestion were compared.
