摘要
用安捷伦 ZORBAX(1.0× 30 mm,1.8μm)微柱为固定相 ,0 .0 5 mol· L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液和甲醇为流动相分离 ;紫外二极管阵列检测器检测 ,高效液相色谱法测定杨梅树叶和树皮样品中的杨梅素 ,标准回收率为 98%— 10 2 % ,相对标准偏差为 1.6 %— 2 .1% ,结果令人满意。
The myricetin was separated on a ZORBAX(1.0×30mm,1.8μm) microcolumn with methanol and 0.05mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase, and monitored with the photodiode array detector at 360nm,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The recovery of the myricetin is 98%-102%,and relative standard deviation is 1.6% -2.1%. This method was applied to the determination of myricetin in myrica rubra leaf and bark with good results.
