摘要
在 0 .0 0 5 mol/L的盐酸介质下 ,水溶性苯胺蓝体系在 6 0 3nm处的吸光度随亚硝酸根含量的增加而减小 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.5 7× 10 4L· mol-1· cm-1。亚硝酸根浓度在 0 .0 4— 4 .4 2μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,据此建立了一种测定痕量亚硝酸根的新分光光度法 ,用于合成样品中亚硝酸根含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for determining trace nitrite was established based on the decrease of adsorption of water soluble aniline blue in an acid medium with the increase in quantity of nitrite.The molar absorption of the system is 1.57×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The linear range of determination is 0.04-4.42μg/mL.The method was applied to the determination of nitrite in synthetic mixtures with satisfactory results.
