摘要
采用基准物质硫酸钾 ,配成一系列标准溶液 ,在通有纯氧气的高频炉中燃烧 ,红外吸收法测定硫含量 ,绘制校准曲线。对硅标准物质的测定值与推荐值基本一致 ,方法准确、结果满意。方法适用范围为0 .0 0 2 %— 0 .0 4 0 % ,RSD在 2 .0 %— 8.0 %之间。
A series of standard solution made up with standard substance of K 2SO 4,and combusted in a high-frequency induction furnace in a current of pure oxygen,and the amounts of sulfur was measurement by infrared absorption.The method was used in the analysis of CRM (ASTM/NIST SRM 57a) with consistent results.It is applicable to sulfur contents between 0.002%(m/m) and 0.040% (m/m) with RSD(n=10) of 2.0%-8.0%.
