摘要
酯酶为脱乙酰剂 ,促使海洛因分子水解生成吗啡。在 5 0 μmol/ L鲁米诺 ,2 .4 μmol/ L H2 O2 及 0 .4 mol/ LNa2 CO3 (p H9— 11)条件下 ,吗啡 -鲁米诺 -过氧化体系具有较高的发光强度。 EDTA作为掩蔽剂可对部分阳离子的干扰予以掩蔽 ,化学发光法快速检测海洛因 ,该法检测速度快、灵敏度高 ,检出限为3× 10 -9mol/ L。
The working principle for rapid detection of heroine by using chemiluminescence (CL) was studied.The influence factor on CL intensity such as Na 2CO 3 concentration, pH value,H 2O 2 and luminol concentrations were also investigated.The optimum conditions are 50mol/L luminol, 2.4mol/L H 2O 2 and 0.4mol/L Na 2CO 3(pH 9—11).Some positive ion such as Zn 2+ ,Al 3+ ,Cu 2+ ,Fe 2+ interference the detection and are masked with EDTA.The linear range of determination is 0.19? ?.8×10 -6 mol/L ,the response time is 1—3sec, and the detection limit is 3×10 -9 mol/L.
