摘要
反相高效液相色谱测定山海棠中β-胡萝卜素 ,方法快速、便捷 ,平均回收率在 (10 1.1± 1.10 ) % 。
carotene in begonia yunnanensis levl was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.This method is accurate and rapid with the recovery of (101.1±1.10)% and satisfactory results.
